Where we ship

ORQENA currently ships only to eligible addresses in the United States. Orders placed for destinations outside the United States cannot be fulfilled.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Weekends, holidays, address problems, carrier disruption and high-volume periods can add time.

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout or in your order confirmation, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. You may accept the delay or cancel for a full refund before shipment.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Any available shipping charge is shown before payment and will not be added after checkout.

Tracking and address changes

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your shipping address before placing the order. Contact hola@orqenatech.com immediately if it needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or shipment has started.

Multiple packages and packaging

Items may arrive separately. Products are fulfilled by third-party United States suppliers and can arrive in standard supplier or fulfillment-partner packaging rather than ORQENA-branded packaging.
