Where we ship
ORQENA currently ships only to eligible addresses in the United States.
Processing and delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. These are estimates and can be affected by weekends, holidays, address issues, carrier disruption or high-volume periods.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Any available charge is shown before payment.
Tracking and packaging
Tracking is sent to the email address used at checkout when available. Items may arrive separately and can arrive in standard supplier or fulfillment-partner packaging rather than ORQENA-branded packaging.
